I'm one of those who's usually not that much in favour of decorating for the Christmas period and playing Christmas songs some 3 months prior to the 25 of December! It's been two days, two nights but no sleep. I've never been a sound sleeper, but recently it's as if sleeping at night has become this big burden. I do try to follow the basic principles of good sleeping hygiene such as not reading or watching TV in bed prior to go to sleep when I know I have trouble sleeping.  But it still hasn't helped a bit to solve my sleeping problems. It could be that I have the delayed sleep

Just returned from the land of high tea, royal gardens and West End shows. And boy, haven't I liked it!! The walks, the warm coffees and the street performances. The markets, the Thorntons chocolates and the live shows.

I've always been chocolate's number 1 fan, but lately this addiction of mine is starting to worry me a bit. I used to unconsiously look for lipglosses each time I approached a shop's till to pay for some handbag I would have bought, but now I find myself eyeing the same till hoping I'll find a minibar of chocolate! Told you, this is all getting out of hand!

a) Christmas is just round the corner (or almost) and

b) I bought a new writing pad this morning

I decided to prepare myself a short Christmas wish list :) The author of this blog (moi) will always be in agreement with the fact that Christmas should be about the spirit and unity, but small thoughts (and a handful of presents)
