The much anticipated day 2 of Malta Fashion Week was another success!! So many great shows (will be posting about all my favourites shows which happened in day 2, so watch this space), so much talent! I was really looking forward to Maria Cutajar's debut; I'm all for supporting local talent and well, Maria is just that - one great, down-to-earth talent!
Maria Cutajar presented her collection ''Boho Goddess'', a collection inspired by bohemian lifestyle, a style to describe the underpriviliged, marginalized artist. Maria Cutajar explains that through her collection she wants to empower the inner beauty of women and to make her inner artist emerge in today's dynamic, materialistic world.
Boho Goddess collection consisted of flowy, light fabrics to machine and hand knitted heavy garments. My favourite outfit had to be the oversized wooly jumper paired with tweed box trousers beautifully paraded by Rebecca from Supernova Model Management.
