Can't believe it's only 4 days before Christmas day! Christmas time has always been my favourite time of the year, although admittedly these days it's somewhat a teeny weeny less special than it used to be back when I was a kid. Not that I'm old now, mind you :) It's probably due to the fact that after 29 Christmases on planet earth, it's not that exclusive and memorable as the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time. Or that maybe we've surrounded ourselves with way too many materiality during these times that at times it starts to feel somewhat hollow. And I know I probably shouldn't be feeling this way, but I'm sure you get what I'm saying.

Happy Fashionable-Christmas-4.50-for-12

I've already put up some Christmas decorations and my beloved crib at home. I've also bought the majority of pressies for friends and family. I've treated myself to a couple of glasses of mulled wine over the past week as well; you can't really deprive Dorianne from some warm mulled wine during Christmas! :) Meaning that at the end of the day I'm very grateful I'm getting to enjoy another Christmas, I'm grateful I'm still surrounded by people who love me and care despite my gloomy moods at times. You see, 2014 has been a challenging year and at times quite a tough ride, so I'm even more appreciative of my family and friends. I'm even very proud of this little blog of mine which has been growing and providing me with a number of opportunities and satisfactions (I sound like a mother hen proudly raving about her chicks :P )

To you?! I wish all the very best! I hope that you will be happy always, that you get to realise what's most important in life. That's the only thing I wish for myself; to realise what's most important in life and live by it with my loved ones.

MERRY CHRISTMAS FOLKS!!
