And even if I do manage to get my 8 hours of beauty sleep, I still feel drained when I wake up and I need more than just a double espresso and a couple of hours to feel at my best again. I do try to put on some cheerful music and go wash my face over and over again to try feel as fresh as possible, yet my mind still sends lazy signals to the rest of my body and all I can do for the first couple of hours of the day is drag my feet and wish I'm still in bed or sipping tea in the kitchen:/ And it may sound funny or not quite an issue, but it's now getting to me...
They suggested I'd do more exercise, go for walks and distract myself. They suggested I'd sleep a bit earlier; that way I'd wake up earlier and have more time to get ready and boost up for the day. Till now, no luck!
Have you ever experienced such restlessness? Any recommendations or maybe ways which worked out for you?
